Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to user management screen, and select a group to edit the group members.
2. Select the "select users' icon to the right to choose the users. 
3. Ensure that there are more than 20 users. Run the filter and make sure you see pagination.
4. Select the next numbers like 2 ,3 etc to see the next set of users.

Expected Results

The next pages are displayed and users are viewable.

Actual Results

Clicking on the next page links that is with numbers do not do anything. We. aren't able to see the users above the limit set on the page.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
