Issue Summary

When user clear all filter focus is set to top of page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Turn on JAWS & Navigate to the Kanban board page.
2. Navigate to the Quick filter links & activate any one them.
3. Navigate to the "clear all filters" link.
4. Observe that the focus is set to top of the page.

Actual Results

On the kanban board with some quick filter buttons pressed when user navigate to the "clear all Filter" links the focus is set to top of the page inappropriately.

Note: this issue is also reproduced on "Active sprint" & "Backlog" page.

Expected Results

When user activates "clear all filters" link the focus should be set to Quick filter section.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
