Anonymize User details based on a Specific Conditions

      As per Anonymizing users, when a User is Anonymized then all its occurances in the Jira instance would anonymized.
      Jira should have a functionality to partially anonymized User details. For example:
      Use Case: Tickets which are closed and older than a year. User details in such Tickets should be anonymized.

      This is as per the GDPR principle to only store the PII data as long as it is absolutely needed
