Issue Summary

The informative image logo present in the header region has an inaccurate alt text.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the header region 
2. Inspect the image logo
3. Observe the screen reader announcement.

Actual Result

The informative image has an inaccurate alt attribute. The text "InstEnv Jira" is inaccurate as it is not clear. As a result, the screen reader might get confused about the purpose of this image.

Expected Result

Provide the text alternative as “Jira logo” for the mentioned informative image using alt attribute.
