Issue Summary

Insufficient color contrast observed for "Project Management Software" link with surrounding text in footer region.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to system dashboard page.
2. Navigate to the "Project Management Software" link in footer region.
3. Using CCA tool calculate the contrast ratio of link text & surrounding text.
4. Observe that the contrast ratio is 1:1 which fails the requirements.

Actual Results

The color contrast between ration between the "Project Management Software" link with surrounding text is less than minimum requirements of 3:1.

Link color: #5e6c84
Surrounding text color: #5e6c84
Contrast ratio: 1:1

This makes low vision & keyboard only users difficult to distinguish the link from the surrounding text.

The color contrast ratio of the link text with its surrounding text should be minimum 3:1.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
