Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: Yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load a Jira issue on a Windows machine from Google Chrome (it has also been reported to impact Firefox as well).  
2. Change the browser zoom to lower than 100%.  I tested with it being set to 67%.  
3. Select the 'View Workflow' option
4. Notice when the window opens it is over extended to the right side hiding the close button.  

Expected Results

The View Workflow window should be dynamic to the the browser zoom and stay contained within the browser.  

Actual Results

The 'View Workflow' window starts in the middle of the screen and then extends will beyond the right side of the screen hiding the close button.  

Workaround

Resetting the browser zoom to 100% will resolve the issue.  Other than there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
