View all Project: Text disappears when text spacing styles are applied

Issue Summary

The text content present in the modal dialog is getting cut off after applying the text spacing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the "Projects" dropdown present in the header section.
2. Navigate to the "View all projects" option and select it.
3. Observe that "View all projects' page has been appeared on the page.
4. Navigate to the "Create Project" link and activate it.
5. Observe that modal dialog has been appeared on the page.
6. Turn on the text spacing and verify that text getting cut off.

The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:
