System dashboard: Some content is not marked inside any landmark of the page.

Issue Summary

The content such as "Welcome to AWS cloud............account, please click here" is not part of any landmark on the page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Jira system dashboard page.
2. Inspect the mentioned content.
3. Observe that the content is not part of any landmark.

Actual Results

Currently the mentioned content is not part of any landmark on the page. So when the screen reader users navigate thorough landmarks shortcuts the users might miss the content.

The mentioned content should be part of a landmark on the page. Hence wrap the content inside the <main> landmark of the page.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
