Side Navigation : Links not operable with a keyboard

Issue Summary

The "Add link", "Edit" and "Delete" links is not operable with a keyboard.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Using keyboard, navigate to the mentioned links present in left navigation menu.
2. Try to navigate to the mentioned link.
3. Observe that the link is not operable with the keyboard.

Actual Result

The "Add link", "Edit" and "Delete" links present in left navigation menu is not operable with a keyboard. This made it difficult for keyboard-only and screen reader users to access the functionality associated with mentioned link.

Expected Result

Ensure that all the interactive elements are focusable and operable using a keyboard and screen reader
Modify the scripts to ensure that the link is operable with keyboard and a mouse.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
