Side Navigation : ARIA attribute used inappropriately

Issue Summary

ARIA attributes defined inappropriate on a "PROJECT SHORTCUTS" <div> element 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Inspect the mentioned text present in left navigation menu.
2. Observe that the ARIA attribute used inappropriately.

Actual Result

The ARIA attributes such as aria-controls, aria-expanded, & aria-haspopup defined inappropriate on a "PROJECT SHORTCUTS" <div> element As a result, screen reader users are communicated with inappropriate information.

Expected Result

ARIA attributes should be appropriately used with correct semantics and its unnecessary usage should be avoided. Remove mentioned attributes from the source code of  <div> element.
