Issue Summary
On the “Burndown Chart” page, the "How to read this chart" heading is inappropriately defined as heading level 4.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate onto the above mentioned page.
- Navigate onto the mentioned instance and inspect its code.
- Observe that the mentioned instance uses inappropriate heading level.

Actual Results
The "How to read this chart" heading does not follow the visual structure of the page. It is inappropriately defined as heading level 4. As a result, screen reader users found it difficult to understand the page’s content structure.
Expected Results
The heading levels should correctly convey the relationship between the headings, such as the parent-child relationship between the headings.
