Description
Issue Summary
Focus does not moves inside "Add link" non-modal dialog.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to “Add link” link present in left navigation menu and activate it.
- Observe a non dialog appears.
- Try to navigate through the dialog content.
- Observe that focus is not set onto the dialog.
Actual Result
The programmatic focus remains on the triggering element itself when the "Add link" dialog appears. Even though dialog is visible on the screen after the triggering element, the content is available at the end of the page for keyboard-only and screen reader users. As a result, screen reader users and keyboard-only users to tab pass the content on the page before they can interact with the non-modal dialog.
Expected Result
Make sure that the programmatic focus should be set on the first logical element of the dialog as soon as dialog appears.
