Description
Issue Summary
The heading element defined on the page for "Burndown Chart" is coded inappropriately.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to the "Projects" dropdown and activate it.
- Select the "Scrum" project and activate it.
- Navigate to the "Side navigation".
- Navigate to the "Reports" link and activate it.
- Navigate to the "Switch Report" dropdown.
- Select the report "Burndown Chart".
- Observe that "Burndown Chart" page has been appeared on the screen.
- Inspect the code and check that heading defined inappropriately.

Actual Results
The heading element used for "Burndown Chart" text which also include "Switch Report" dropdown and "Board" dropdown elements inappropriately.
As a result, screen reader users might get confused about the page structure.
Expected Results
Remove unnecessary elements such as "Burndown Chart" and "Switch Report" element from the <h1> element.
