Issue Summary

The focus indicator is not visible for the "A","AA", "BA" and so on image links.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the “Dasboards” menu pop-up link and activate it.
2. Navigate to the “Manage Dashboards" link and activate it.
3. Navigate to “Create new dasboards” link and activate it. and Create a new dasboard
4. Open "Edit dashboard" page.
5. Navigate to the “Edit layout” link and activate it.
6. Observe modal dialog gets added on the page.
7. Navigate to the mentioned instance and Observe that the focus is not visible on the screen.

Actual Result

When the user navigates inside the "Edit Layout" modal dialog the focus indicator is not visible for mentioned image links. As a result of users with low vision, elderly users, keyboard-only users, and users with mobility impairments. will not be able to determine the current location of focus.

Expected Result

Make sure to provide a keyboard focus through CSS properties. Using border: property make sure to provide the size of border and colour of the border

Note: Take a suggestion/approval from the content design team before implementing changes and make sure to keep a consistent focus throughout the product.
