Edit Dashboard : Insufficient color contrast for the text

Issue Summary

The text such as "Drag your gadgets here or" fails minimum color contrast requirement of 4:5:1 with its background.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the “Dasboards” menu pop-up link and activate it.
2. Navigate to the “Manage Dashboards" link and activate it.
3. Navigate to “Create new dasboards” link and activate it. and Create a new dasboard
4. Open "Edit dashboard" page

Actual Result

When checked with the color contrast analyzer tool, the mentioned text fails color contrast with the following details  → FG: #8893A4 BG: #F4F5F7 and Ratio: 2.8:1

As a result, low-vision users will face difficulty in accessing the text.

Expected Result

The mentioned text should have a colour contrast ratio of 4.5:1 on the default state. This helps low-vision users to read the text.

The expected contrast ratio can be achieved by increasing the contrast of foreground color until it passes a contrast ratio of 4.5:1
