In issue JRA-7234, the portlets have been ordered by key, which is better than randomly. This request is to allow the user to configure the portlet to sort by some other column(s). What I had in mind was to be able to sort by "Updated" descending, since it would be handy to see the most recently updated issues that I am watching or voted for at the top of my list.
