Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

The field's description isn't wrapped in the field's searcher. It's reproducible for Label and Group custom fields (and likely many more). 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new Label custom field with a long description
2. Go to Issue Navigator (<jira_url>/issues)
3. From "More" select your new Label custom field

Expected Results

The width of the Label searcher is adjusted to the input and wraps the description text.

Actual Results

The Label searcher adjusts to the length of the description.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
