Editing issue description with thumbnail markup in Visual mode does not save the description correctly

      Problem

      Editing issue description with thumbnail markup in Visual mode does not save the description correctly. The markup format is changed removed during the saving or when switching to Text mode. See video for illustration.

      Environment

      Happening in both Chrome and Firefox

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create issue
      2. Attach images to the issue
        • Problem can be reproduced with only a single image as well
      3. Edit the description of the issue as per below video

      Expected Results

      Description is saved and rendered as per Visual mode

      Actual Results

      Description is saved with weird behaviour of thumbnail and attachment markup

      Workaround

      No known workaround

      Also happens when performing the steps in Edit Issue screen
