Issue Summary
There no title provided for the iframe present in the "Activity' expandable section.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to "Issues" dropdown and activate it.
- Select any issue from "Recent Issues" section.
- Observe that "Viewing an Issue" page has been appeared on the page.
- Navigate to the "Activity" expand collapse button and activate it.
- Navigate to the "Activity" link and activate it.
- Inspect the code and check that title is missing.

Actual Results
'Title' attribute is missing for an iframe used to display the "Activity" section. As a result, screen reader users found it difficult to understand the purpose of the iframe.
Expected Results
Add appropriate 'title' for all the frames and iframes used on the page.

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
