      Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: Yes

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Ensure your issue edit screen has the Linked Issues field.
      2. Create 3 issues. Eg. ABC-1, ABC-2, ABC-3
      3. Using ABC-1,  edit the issue. In the edit screen, add ABC-2 and ABC-3 as relates to link type and update the issue.
      4. Click the "+" icon in the issue links section and add the same ABC-2 and ABC-3 as relates to link type again.

      Expected Results

A duplicate link check is run and the same issue will not display twice as a related link.

      Actual Results

A duplicate issue is shown. Adding the link again though the edit screen will not duplicate the link again.

      Workaround

Removing the issue link field from screens prevents this behavior. Creating the first link from the More > Link button will ensure that using the + button to create subsequent links does not duplicate them.

To Remove Issue Link from Screen:

      1. Navigate to Project SettingsScreens
      2. Edit the screen scheme for the issue demonstrating the problem.
      3. Click on the Edit Issue screen.
      4. Remove the Linked Issues field from this screen
      5. Repeat for each issue type/scheme
