Invalid calendar internationalization (polish, pl)

      It seems that:
      1) definition of 'calendar-pl-utf8.js' is obsolete; english version has newer fields
      2) 'calendar-pl.js' encoded to ascii has probably UTF-16 encoding instead of UTF-8 and renders invalid fonts in calendar window.
