Problem Definition

After an update to Jira 9.0.0 the default sorting order for comments in issue is "Newest first" and a user see the newest 10 comments. When I wants to see the full discussion and there are more than 20 comments in the issue, I have to click on "Load 10 older comments" first and then press Shift and click on "Load 10 older comments, [Shift]+ select to load all" again. So I have to do at least 2 clicks even if I know there are more than 20 comments and want to see them all at once.

Suggested Solution

Make it possible to load all older comments the same way (with Shift button pressed) on the first iteration. So I can open the issue with 20+ comments, press Shift and click on "Load older comments" once in order to get the full conversation.
