      Actual Results

Focus moves inappropriately when user activate the formatting toolbar options such as "Style", "Bold", "Italic", etc. into textarea as a result, keyboard only and screen reader users will have to navigate the screen content again before accessing the content which is after the triggering button.

Similarly when user closes the "Delete Comment" modal dialog

      Expected Results

Ensure that the keyboard focus moves the triggering element when the toolbar options get selected which can be achieved via JavaScript focus() method.
