We frequently use Xplanner in projects because of its superior (and simple!) iteration management functionality. Naturally, we tend to have most of the tasks replicated between task management in jira and iteration planning/management in xplanner. If jira had just a little better iteration planning, management and reporting, we wouldn't need to use Xplanner and we would be saved the hassle of managing/using two different task-tracking systems for the same tasks.
