Add Tester custom field Users Filter to search in kanban board

      In the board all the people who is assignee is displayed on the filters. Please add that feature for tester custom field. Testers associated with the issues in the board should be displayed. On clicking particular tester icon, it should filter all the issues the tester has tested.
