Issue Summary

Hover over days in columns area in a board doesn't display the data

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install 9.6.0 version of Jira
2. Create a board having issues
3. Congure "Days in column" in the board (Board > Configure > Columns > Days in column)
4. Back to the board and hover on the dots that represent the "Days in column"

Expected Results

It should display the actual values

Actual Results

Hover doesn't fetch any values

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
