Create issue : Focus moves inappropriately

Issue Summary

In the “Create” modal dialog, the focus moves inappropriately when the user creates new issue with "Create another" checkbox

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the “Create” link present in header region and activate it.
2. Observe modal dialog gets added on the page.
3. Navigate to the "Create another" checkbox and checked it.
4. Observe that the focus does not move on the success message.

Actual Result

when the user creates new issue with "Create another" checkbox checked a success message with issue key links appears dynamically on top of the modal dialog but the focus moves to summary input. As a result, keyboard-only and screen reader users need to pass the extra content to reach to the desired or previously interacted element.

Expected  Result

Ensure that the keyboard focus moves at the success message when the user creates new issue with "Create another" checkbox.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
