Issue Summary

Some customer wants to get filter IDs by permission via REST API to check which filter is shared.

Currently, we need to specify filter ID to get the filter condition via REST API.

Suggestion

Provide the ability to to filter by permission via REST API

Actual Results

There are no REST API to get all filter IDs, also we can't specify the condition.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
