Issue Summary

Issue page is slower on 9.7.0 relative to 9.6.0.
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start Jira DC cluster with 2 nodes
2. Install Jira Software 9.7.0
3. Apply "enterprise scale" load and data
4. Visit issue pages a couple hundred times, measuring time until the issue summary is visible

Those steps are automated, but not entirely open-source.

Expected Results

Issue page performance is not worse than on JSW 9.6.0.

Actual Results

Median latency is consistently higher: in range of +17 ms to +40 ms (between +4% to +9%).

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
