Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) 

The search is fetching only the first 100 projects on the context configuration window for Description field.

This is happening due to the maxResults parameter

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create 100+ projects
2. Go to Administration -> Issues -> System Fields -> Description(Actions) -> Contexts and default values -> Add context
3. On Select projects field, try to search for a project which is beyond the first 100 positions in the projects list and notice that the search fails

Expected Results

Should be able to search for any project on the Select projects field

Actual Results

Project search is fetching only the first 100 projects.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
