Issue Summary

When you add the custom field of "Date Time Picker" or "Date Picker" to the screen, you will see the field format description of "Use the dd/MMM/yy h:mm a date format" or "Use the d/MMM/yy date format" in the issue edit screen like this.

Some customer doesn't need this description, and they want to hide it.

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Suggestion

Provide ability to hide the field description "Use the dd/MMM/yy h:mm a date format" of Date Time Picker field.

Actual Results

There is no ability to hide the field description "Use the dd/MMM/yy h:mm a date format" of Date Time Picker field.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
