In the Cloud version of Jira, there is an action called "Create Confluence Page" that can be used after a trigger in the automation rules. However, this action is not available in Data Center environments. It would be useful to include such action in Data Center environments as well.

Workarounds exist, such as this one, but it doesn't work in all cases.
