Prerequisites:

• OS: Windows 10
• Display settings>Scaling and Layout:
• Change the size of text, apps, and other items: 175%
• Resolution: 1920 x 1080
• Browser zoom: 100%
  

tested and reproducing on browsers:

• Edge v110.0.1587.41
• Chrome v109.5.5414.120
• Firefox v109.0.1

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a workflow with statuses sitting far from each other
2. (with user having permission to view workflow) Go to the issue and click transition dropdown>View Workflow

Expected Results

It is possible to read statuses on the workflow in the default workflow view
Jira 8.22 default workflow view: 8.22 workflow default view

Actual Results

The height of the workflow window is lower than in 8.X, the workflow is tiny, statuses are blurry, impossible to read.
Jira 9.4.2 default workflow view: 9.4.2 default WF view

Workaround

Zoom in the workflow and drag to see the statuses
