Problem:
When an email with attachments is processed, there are scenarios when ticket is created, but the attachment is not included.
Suggested Solution:
JSM should send a reply or notification to the sender when the mail handler is unable to attach a file to the ticket due to a large size or any other reason.
Why is this important
For most customers, increasing the max file limit for attachments is enough. However, there are scenarios where adding the file attachment fails due to other reasons. The notification will help alert the sender that the attachment had failed and act on it right away.
Workaround
If the cause of the attachment failure is file size: Increase the max file limit set for attachments
