IPD active HTTP connections Pool shows data only for one connector

Issue Summary

InProduct Diagnostic monitoring (Live monitoring using the JMX interface) of active HTTP connections shows data only for one connector. Multiple HTTP connectors are not supported in HttpConnectionPoolIpdJob class.
So in the case of many connectors defined in Tomcat it might pickup not used connector and show no data in report.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Setup Jira with many connectors
2. Start Jira
3. Wait some time and collect support.zip file
4. Check data in `atlassian-jira-ipd-monitoring.log`

Expected Results

System sum the values ​​for all connectors and display them in a single chart

Actual Results

Multiple HTTP connectors are not supported in HttpConnectionPoolIpdJob class.
