issue navigator doesn't show time in date last updated

I have several filters that are sorted by Date Updated (descending). However, it only shows the date, and not the time. Is there a way to get the time to show up on date fields? There's plenty of room considering other columns' wrapping leaves a lot of blank space below. Curiously, the filter subscription does show the time.
