As a Jira user, I want to be able to create Board Shortcuts on the Board sidebar so that I have quick access to important sites relevant to that Board.

Today, you can only create Project Shortcuts on the Project sidebar. It would be helpful to mirror this functionality for Boards based on a cross-Project JQL filter.
