Jira Troubleshooting and Support app latest release 1.43.1 is not compatible with Jira 9.5.0. 

Issue Summary

The latest version of the "Troubleshooting and Support" app 1.43.1 is not compatible with Jira 9.5.0, However, the release 1.43.0 is compatible.

Looks like the compatibility is not correct in Marketplace: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1217696/troubleshooting-and-support-jira/version-history  

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Jira version 9.5.0 
2. Upgrade  "Troubleshooting and Support" from 1.43.0 to 1.43.1

Expected Results

• The latest release of the Troubleshooting and Support app ** version 1.43.1 is compatible with Jira 9.5.0. 

Actual Results

• The latest release of the Troubleshooting and Support app ** version 1.43.1 is not compatible with Jira 9.5.0. 

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
