Convert Advanced Roadmaps Fields (Target start, Target End) into standard Date Picker date type

Use Case

As there are not standard date type, we're not able to use these fields in many places.

Example 1: In Excel-like editor

Unable to edit these fields in Excel like Editor view even if the fields are added to the respective screens. 

Only supported fields are standard/Custom fields

Example 2: In Calender Gadgets

After we selected Target start, Target End fields, it is not displaying the dates, because there are not standard date picker,

Example 3: In Activity Stream (Issue History)

This makes reporting from the Issue History difficult/impossible to do accurately.
