This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a Group-Picker custom field (single group or multiple group)
2. Create or edit an issue to add the above custom filed
3. A Group Picker page opens

Expected Results

Group Picker pagination should work

Actual Results

Group Picker pagination does not works. Clicking on 2 does not navigates the page.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
