This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Under Manage Filters select New Subscription OR Manage Subscriptions

2. Try to select the 2nd radio button under Interval - First Sunday of Every Month

3. You can not select the radio button. You have to first select an option on the drop down within that selection to get the radio button selected. This is now how a radio button should act.

Expected Results

You should be able to select the radio button

You have to first select an option on the drop down within that selection to get the radio button selected.
