Using the chrome scrollbar to scroll through the backlog breaks the screen with whitespaces.

Issue Summary

Scrolling through the backlog using the chrome scrollbar breaks the screen with white spaces.
This scroll issue was reproduced on Jira 9.3.0 and Chrome version 107.x

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

There is a huge whitespace from the backlog page when one scrolls using the Chrome Browser as shown in the screenshot attached.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a scrum project on Jira 
2. Add a long list of issues to the backlog of the project
3. Try scrolling using the Chrome scrollbar to see the whitespace

Expected Results

The page should be seamless and should display like a normal page with data on it without white spaces that covers part of the page.

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
