Display the 'Show all issues' link on the bottom of the Backlog

      Definition

      In Jira 8 onwards, the Show all issues has been implemented to improve the board's performance/loading time in cases where the numbers of issues in the board are quite huge.

      The link is currently displayed in the middle of the Backlog view.

      Suggestion

      Add an option to display the Show all issues link/button on the bottom of the Backlog screen.
