Problem
Currently, when using the Jira mobile app for Jira server and data center the custom fields configured appear on the issue view screen even if they are empty: The request is to make it so that administrators can elect to hide empty custom fields on the issue view screen in order to declutter the screen on a mobile device.
Steps to replicate
- Access issue on Jira mobile app

- Select "more" to display additional fields

- View added fields to issue view on mobile device
Expected Results
- Only fields with values should be displayed
Actual Results
- All fields configured for the issue view screen are displayed even if there is no value for the field.
