Jira administrator should be able to restrict supported custom fields to be used in the ARM plans

      Current State:
      Currently, The following custom field types are supported on the ARM plans and they can be used without any limitations:

      • checkbox
      • date picker
      • user picker (single user)
      • number
      • radio button
      • label
      • single-choice select
      • multiple-choice select
      • single-line text
      • URL (read-only)

      Suggested Change:
      Allow an admin to restrict the usage of any custom fields in the ARM plans.
