Issue Summary

Priority picker not opening when clicking on the selecting image option. Nothing happens, the menu does not take you to the option to select an image

Steps to Reproduce

1. Issues 
2. Priority
3. Add Priority
4. Icon URL - Select image

Throws this result in the Chrome Console error log:

Expected Results

Open a window to browse to the file you want to select.

Actual Results

The select image text when clicked should open a file selection window where you can upload your image, this does not happen.
This is what I could find in the marked logs for the support.zip when I reproduced the problem, it did not say much. Open the file "Mark logs priority picker to see what I could gather from repeatedly clicking the select image button:
