    Description

      Issue Summary

      Bulk issue migration causes Jira to crash due to the OOM error.

      Steps to Reproduce

      Bulk move issues via calling /secure/views/bulkedit/BulkMigrateDetails.jspa

      Expected Results

      The bulk migration should finish without any problem.

      Actual Results

      The thread consumes a lot of memory and Jira crashes due to the OOM error:

      The workaround will be added once it's available.
