Audit log events in Jira - Coverage Area must be known to set logging

      Issue Summary

      Coverage area name for Audit log events not clear from documentation after Jira 8.13. In order to set and event to be logged you must select the corresponding Coverage area in the Jira Admin.

      This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Lookup Document : Audit log events in Jira and find the event which you want to add to audit logging.
      2. Find the Coverage area in the document for the event of interest.
      3. Navigate to System -> Administration -> SYSTEM SUPPORT[Audit log] ... -> Audit log settings
      4. Set the required Coverage area Coverage level where this event will be logged

      Suggested Fix

      Easy access to required Coverage area by providing a table of contents showing links to Coverage area tables (Level 2 headings). Please see screenshot-2.png
