Trying to display a user's Uncategorized Projects results in a http status 405 error

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to User Management > click on the User name > View Project Roles > Edit Project Roles > Display Project
2. Click on any project under Uncategorized Projects
3. You see Error 405 page

Troubleshooting

The logs show this error:

Expected Results

Assign permission to the selected project.

Actual Results

Error 405 page.

Workaround

Assign the project permission under Project Settings.
