Issue Description

In the To do, In Progress and Done column of the active sprint board the drag and drop functionality for issues is not available for the screen reader users.

Version: 8.22.0

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the main content area in the To do, In Progress and Done grid.
2. Navigate through the available issues in the main content area.

Actual Behaviour

In the main content area of the active sprints, the issues which are available, the screen reader is not able to use the drag and drop functionality and no alternative is provided for the same. This functionality is only available for the mouse user , only sighted user will be able to understand the operations of moving the issues between To do, In Progress and Done column.

Expected Result

For the screen reader users the Drag and Drop functionality should be available in the To do, In Progress and Done column. Screen reader user should be able to select an option and navigate to the drop zone and drop the option in the available field, while it should announce the options and field's.
